He spearheaded the international expansion into new markets in Asia and the Middle East, focusing on talent development and the implementation of systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
Kamrul’s legacy includes the establishment of a new shipyard and the construction of various dredgers, including the 3rd largest jumbo Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) in the world and the largest in Asia. He is celebrated for achieving a milestone of 1 million Lost Time Injury (LTI)-free hours, underscoring his commitment to safety.
